Kids’ Intensive Drama School (KIDS)

OnStage Children’s Theatre Education Program
Day Camp: June 26-July 13, Monday-Friday 12-4 p.m.
Cost: $100 (limited scholarships available)

Performances: July 14 at 7 p.m. and July 15 at 2 p.m.
Tickets: $9 adults ($10 at the door), $5 children

Children from 6 to 18 develop original scripts, characters, set pieces, costumes, and lighting. This year, children will be performing the one-act play: Don’t Say MacBeth along with skits and short musical pieces. Don’t Say “MacBeth”! – a wild and wacky way to enjoy both the story and the curse of the “Scottish tragedy.”

Announcing AUDITIONS and and Registration

Who: Children age 6-18 interested in theater arts
When: Saturday, September, 23, 2017 from 1 – 4 PM
Where: Roxy Theater, 233 W Main Street, Morton
How: Prepare a short monologue, song and dance. We will provide these for you if necessary. Everyone who registers will be cast. Jr. Tech instruction is available for children age 11 & up.

Cost: $75 for 1st child, $60 for 2nd and $50 for each additional child. Limited scholarships available with parent volunteer

  • Rehearsals are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-5:30 PM Beginning Sept. 26
  • Performances are Dec. 1 & 8 at 7 PM and Dec. 2 & 9 at 2 PM

  • Tech Week is mandatory for all and is Monday – Friday, Nov. 27-Dec. 1
